Training at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University under the Student Exchange Program “Semester abroad”

В работе представлен обзор дисциплин, предлагаемых в рамках программы «Семестр за границей» в Университете им. Жана Мулена (Лион-3). Автор описывает условия и порядок поступления в зарубежный вуз в рамках обмена студентами, требования для успешного завершения обучения в нем. Далее автор кратко рассматривает содержание выбранных для освоения дисциплин Commercial law — an English and international analysis, International Trade Law: Comparative Business Law and the Law of Free Trade, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal Negotiation, Introduction to French Culture and Civilization, French as a Foreign language. Отдельно рассмотрены вопросы обеспечения обучающихся учебными ресурсами для освоения программ дисциплин. В заключительной части обзора автор акцентирует внимание на социальных и культурных аспектах обучения в Университете им. Жана Мулена (Лион-3).
The paper provides an overview of the disciplines offered under the “Semester abroad” program at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. The author describes the conditions and the order of admission to a foreign university in the framework of student exchange program, the requirements for the successful completion of the studies. Furthermore, the author briefly examines the content of the disciplines chosen for mastering: “Commercial law — an English and International Analysis”, “International Trade Law: Comparative Business Law and the Law of Free Trade”, “Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal Negotiation”, “Introduction to French Culture and Civilization”, “French as a Foreign language”. Separately, the issues of providing students with learning resources for the mastery of the disciplines programs are considered. In the final part of the review, the author focuses on the social and cultural aspects of education at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.
